ITS Berkeley-ITS Davis Team Issue Low Carbon Fuel Standards Reports:Commissioned in January by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the low carbon fuel standards' authors are Alex Farrell, Director of the UC Berkeley Transportation Sustainability Research Center, and Daniel Sperling, Director of the Institute of Transportation Studies-Davis.
