Jennifer Day was among six second- and third-year doctoral Eisenhower Fellowship students from around the country chosen to present papers at TRB's Doctoral Transportation Research Workshop.

Day's paper, "Distribution of BRT Benefits in a Mixed-Income Transit Corridor," examines the benefits of bus rapid transit in terms of decreased route travel time and user benefits in terms of time saved. Day's research includes a survey of users' choice of service and travel patterns on the San Pablo-Broadway implementation in the East Bay.
