Institute of Transportation Studies Ph.D. student Anne Goodchild was notified on April 15 that she had received a “Selected Professions Dissertation Fellowship” from the American Association of University Women.

The fellowships are awarded to women in full-time study in Architecture, Computer/Information Sciences, Engineering, and Mathematics/Statistics.

The award comes with a $20,000 stipend to help honorees complete their final year of work toward a PhD and support completion of their dissertation.
