Methodology: Surveys of departing air passengers were conducted in the airport departure lounges through the use of a detailed self-completed questionnaire. The 2003 Air Passenger Ground Access Survey was originally scheduled for Spring 2003; however, due to the outbreak of war in Iraq it was conducted from Tuesday, October 14 through Monday, October 27, 2003.
