| Methodology: |
Departing air passengers were surveyed in boarding lounge areas through the use
of a self-completed questionnaire.
The survey was conducted during two weeks in October 2000: from Sunday, October 15,
to Saturday, October 28.
A small number of flights that were either missed or required resurveying were
surveyed during the period from October 29 to November 9.
