ECOLEX is an information service on environmental law, operated jointly by FAO (the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), IUCN (the World Conservation Union) and UNEP (the United Nations Environmental Programme). Its purpose is to provide the most comprehensive possible global source of information on environmental law.

The Civil Rights Center, Harvard University and the Center for Community Change. From Executive Summary: "This report identifies surface transportation policies' inequitable effects. It examines existing research in the area and highlights the critical need for more research and data collection related to the impact of transportation policies on minority and low-income communities.
